- Basic usage data required to operate the Service (e.g., delivery status, timestamps, opt-in/opt-out status).

- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.
- We do not read your private WhatsApp messages beyond what is necessary to process commands like STOP and support requests you send us.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the Service (deliver briefs, manage preferences).
- To send launch updates if you join the waitlist (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (UK/EU style)

6. WhatsApp delivery & providers
We deliver messages using the WhatsApp Business Platform (e.g., via Meta or an approved provider). Your phone number and delivery metadata may be processed to send messages and handle opt-out.
7. Data retention
- Waitlist emails: retained until you unsubscribe or we remove inactive records.
- Subscribers: retained for as long as needed to provide service, maintain billing records, and comply with legal requirements.
- STOP: if you opt out, we retain minimal records to respect your preference.
