These Terms govern your use of The Reportr website and WhatsApp news briefing service (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Reportr delivers curated news briefs based on your selected country and topics. We aim to use reputable sources and remove duplicates, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

3. Subscriptions & billing (Stripe)

Cancellation + STOP policy
  • If you text STOP on WhatsApp, we stop sending messages immediately.
  • We also stop billing immediately.
  • Your current subscription end date remains the same (access remains valid until that end date).
  • To continue after your end date, you must subscribe again.

4. Refunds

No refunds or pro-rata refunds are provided, except where required by law. If you cancel (including by texting STOP), access continues until your current end date.

The Reportr name, branding, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. News content remains the property of its respective publishers. The Service may include links to third-party sites; we do not control those sites.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information with original sources.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on summaries or third-party content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date.
